“I have been working with Joe at Scott’s Personal Training for six months.

This has been great, I went to see Scott as I wanted to get back to some of the healthier habits I had when I was a student, feel better, and do some strength and conditioning work which I had done before, while I was being coached at University, but had not had the confidence to do unsupervised.

The team has been amazingly welcoming, friendly, and supportive turning what could be an intimidating environment into a very nice one.

Joe has been really supportive, keeping me on track, coaching me with my technique and flexible when I need to juggle my schedule. He is keen to build a programme that works for me and I enjoy and is always keen to highlight my progress to keep me motivated.

Overall after six months, I feel better, I have built some habits and now I am just keen to keep up the good work
